Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ji188" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the ji188 online gaming and sports betting platform operated at ji188.lat and all associated services, products, and communications.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account with, or uses any service offered by ji188 in any capacity.

• "Bonus" / "Promotion" refers to any credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by ji188 to Members, subject to bonus-specific terms and conditions.
• "Funds" refers to PKR balances held in a Member's ji188 account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is otherwise ineligible to hold a ji188 account under these terms or applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ji188 registration process, clicking "I Agree," logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing and using the ji188 platform in any manner, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ji188 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ji188, whether written or oral.

ji188 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notification on the platform. Continued use of the ji188 platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a ji188 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing ji188 voluntarily and of your own free will, not as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Article 1 of these terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is illegal.
• You do not have an existing ji188 Account, whether active or suspended.

ji188 reserves the right to require age verification documentation from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending resolution of the verification process.

Accounts found to have been registered by or on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any winnings accrued in such accounts will be void and will not be paid. Deposits may be returned at ji188's sole discretion after identity verification is completed.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) ji188 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed.

When registering a ji188 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name, matching your valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid and accessible email address belonging to you.
• Your date of birth.
• Your country of residence.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification and communications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ji188 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You must notify ji188 immediately — via the 24/7 live chat support — if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person. ji188 may suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances to protect your funds.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the ji188 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji188 does not apply currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges independent of ji188.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the ji188 platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.

Deposits made by a Member must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, ji188 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the Member's account pending investigation.

ji188 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any such refusal or reversal will be communicated to the Member in writing.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully verified in accordance with ji188's KYC procedures.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus credits must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's verified withdrawable balance.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

ji188 processes withdrawal requests promptly. The timeline for funds to reach a Member's account depends on the withdrawal method chosen: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically complete within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedule, which is outside ji188's control.

ji188 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the request amount is large, where account activity is unusual, or where verification requirements have not been previously completed. ji188 will communicate any such requirement to the Member promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

ji188 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to ji188's General Bonus Terms and any promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

The following general conditions apply to all ji188 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only and may be limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively claimed.

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the ji188 platform are the exclusive property of ji188 or are licensed to ji188 by third-party intellectual property holders. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji188 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. ji188 does not guarantee any specific financial return from gaming or betting activity on the platform. Members engage in real-money gaming entirely at their own financial risk and with full awareness that losses may occur.

Account Suspension & Termination

ji188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Member is a Prohibited Person, including being under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC) procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Registration of multiple Accounts in contravention of Article 4 of these terms.
• Engagement in any conduct that ji188, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, harmful, or detrimental to the platform or its Members.
• A voluntary Account closure request submitted by the Member.

Upon account suspension or termination, ji188 will conduct a review of the account's activity and balance. Legitimate funds belonging to Members who have not breached these terms will be returned through the verified payment method on record, less any applicable deductions, within a reasonable timeframe. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.

Amendments to Terms

ji188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in the platform's products or services, changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, correction of errors, or clarification of existing provisions.
